Key responsibilities
You possess the necessary talent to act as a strong Business Partner to the Commercial VP, and will support Brand and Business Account Managers in driving through sound and profitable business decisions. You are able to translate business plans into objectives and activities to assign and co-ordinate tasks between teams and team members. You ensure delivery of short and long term Business Unit objectives as well as managing budget, quality, risk and resources. You communicate and cascade relevant information including reporting on team performance.

Furthermore, you assist in development of functional strategy as well as identify and ensure implementation of improvement opportunities.

Experience and profile
You have a degree in Economics and/or Business Administration and have worked for a minimum of 5 years within a finance department. Both business (international FMCG company or similar) and commercial experience are crucial for your success in this role. You are known to be a person having a strong drive, the ability to drive through change, excellent coaching and communication skills and a knowledge sharing approach.

Moreover, your personal impact enables you to build lasting relations to stake-holders – always with the end goal in mind. Furthermore, you have earlier management experience, and understand the importance of being a good leader and have the ability to engage and inspire others. You have advanced English skills and master the language at negotiation level, and you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
